I mean, I love it to pieces, and I fully intend to share it soon hopefully, but like
It takes so, so much work 8n8 I haven't even finished one chapter yet and I started 8 months ago. 8 mONTHS
Do you guys have any tips on how I can make the process faster? Or at least get me off my ass? Otherwise I'll be here forever OTL
Panels are lined, coloured, and given some small effects and stuff. Backgrounds get the same treatment. I have to script the whole thing beforehand, and draw storyboards before the finished panels (as sketches).

I have no idea how story writing and these things works but it takes time. I remember Over the garden wall cartoon being in production for over a decade. Maybe you should take a break, not that long but a little. It's gonna help you rewind back to your good motivational side.
